Planner Pages – Week 4

I thought of showing you how I decorate my project/blog planner. Since getting into the full swing of starting my project work last week, the planner has been rather busy. I still keep my personal to-dos and reminders in a separate planner, but the system of that one is changing so I haven’t bothered decorating yet.

I like using stamps a lot and I find the lined checklist stamp from StudioL2E to be very suitable in this planner. I think the lines help keep things a bit more structured. And I use icon stamps to indicate different tasks.

Scissors = edit
Laptop = write blog post
Camera = photos for blog

I use different pen colours to distinguish between project work and blog related matters. I also picked up a tip from several YouTube videos to insert a clear fly leaf in between pages for extra space to stick additional notes or reminders.

The only thing I synchronise between planners are appointments. This system seems to work for me but I can foresee it changing again as my projects get busier.

Materials used:

  • Pony Brown stickers from a set of 6
  • Various clear stamps from StudioL2E
  • VersaMagic Chalk Ink in Pink Grapefruit, Malted Mauve and Red Brick
  • Red washi tape purchased from a crafts bazaar (sorry, don’t know the brand)

Don’t forget to follow me on Instagram as I often post pictures of my planners in action 🙂

What does your week look like?
