Planner Pages – Week 3

I wanted to try something a little different this week and was probably a little ambitious in combining some blogging reminders into my daily pocket sized planner. I used to indicate them using boxes in a personal planner but the difference in doing this in pocket is space availability. It is definitely a lot more cramped. I will move the blogging stuff back to the personal planner next week.

I love using StudioL2E stamps and noticed a tiny flower pot stamp in the Iconic set. I thought it was perfect as a reminder to water my dying plants. And it fits between the rings perfectly. I wanted to use a different garden themed stamp but it was too big for this particular layout.

My parents are excellent gardeners and their home is surrounded by beautiful greenery and flowers. They gave me several pots of hardy plants but they are in a rather sorry state now. I didn’t want the only living vegetation to die in my condo hence, the reminders to water them.

you know your planner is always so neat! and it’s very cute too, with all the stickers and stamps you have them on, and it doesn’t look cramp or anything.

mine is just a pile of wordy mess, no stamps/ stickers yet, i did a bit of washi but that’s it hahahahah.

Thanks, Plue! I’m not very happy with this week’s pages and re-worked it last night because the bleed through of the stamp ink from the previous week was also bugging me. I used a dye ink pad and it’s not suitable on Filofax papers at all.

I find wordy planners or journals very nice. There’s a beauty in the way words are written 🙂

try pigment ink pad? I remember reading about it not bleeding through so much, or you can lightly stamp first on a piece of paper to rid of excess ink before you stamp on your planner 🙂
